Nuestra iglesia comenzó en el año 2011, cuando, siendo miembros de una iglesia en Redwood City, CA, fuimos asignados como líderes para abrir una célula en nuestro hogar. Al principio, nos reuníamos con una sola familia. Esta familia tenía parientes en Novato, CA, y un día nos invitaron a compartirles la Palabra de Dios. La experiencia fue tan especial que nos pidieron regresar para seguir aprendiendo.
Con el tiempo, más personas comenzaron a asistir y entregar su vida a Cristo. Vimos entonces la necesidad de realizar servicios en Novato, ya que muchos no podían viajar hasta Redwood City. Hablamos con nuestro pastor de ese tiempo, quien estuvo de acuerdo y el 2 de septiembre de 2012 nos ungió como pastores de extensión para comenzar la obra en la ciudad de San Rafael.
Comenzamos reuniéndonos en Novato High School durante un mes y medio, luego nos trasladamos a la escuela Bahia Vista en San Rafael por ocho meses. Más tarde, Dios nos abrió las puertas para rentar un templo en la Iglesia Luterana ubicada en 1100 Las Gallinas Ave, San Rafael, donde comenzamos en mayo de 2013 y continuamos hasta hoy.
En mayo de 2016, dejamos de pertenecer a nuestra iglesia inicial para unirnos a la Iglesia de Dios, agradecidos por esta nueva etapa en nuestro ministerio.
El 23 de agosto de 2024, siguiendo la dirección de Dios, nuestra congregación tomó la decisión de separarse de la denominación y comenzar una nueva etapa como iglesia independiente. Ese mismo día iniciamos el proceso legal para constituirnos como Rey De Gloria Church Inc., una organización sin fines de lucro con la visión de expandir el mensaje del Evangelio a muchas comunidades.
A lo largo de todos estos años, hemos visto la fidelidad de Dios en cada paso, y seguimos comprometidos a servirle con amor, fe y dedicación.

Our church began in 2011 when, as members of a church in Redwood City, CA, we were assigned as leaders to start a home group in our house. At first, we met with only one family. This family had relatives in Novato, CA, and one day they invited us to share the Word of God with them. The experience was so special that they asked us to return to continue learning.
Over time, more people began attending and giving their lives to Christ. We saw the need to hold services in Novato, since many could not travel to Redwood City. We spoke with our pastor at the time, who agreed, and on September 2, 2012, we were anointed as extension pastors to begin the work in the city of San Rafael.
We started meeting at Novato High School for a month and a half, then moved to Bahia Vista School in San Rafael for eight months. Later, God opened the doors for us to rent a temple at the Lutheran Church located at 1100 Las Gallinas Ave, San Rafael, where we began in May 2013 and continue to this day.
In May 2016, we left our original church to join the Church of God, grateful for this new stage in our ministry.
On August 23, 2024, following God’s guidance, our congregation made the decision to separate from the denomination and begin a new stage as an independent church. That same day, we began the legal process to become Rey De Gloria Church Inc., a nonprofit organization with the vision of expanding the Gospel message to many communities.
Throughout all these years, we have seen God’s faithfulness in every step, and we remain committed to serving Him with love, faith, and dedication.
